When running Spybot S&D it finds something that it identifies as Montera.Toolbar. Either way he doesn't want Zonealarm toolbar anymore. After checking around on the internet, there's conflicting information on whether this is malware, or part of the Zonealarm toolbar that he has installed. The reason he asked me was that when he tried to visit his startpage, the status bar in IE reads "waiting for ".
